DEC, 2011: Langkawi, Malaysia

We're here for LIMA 2011 (Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition). 3 girls for this trip, but we met our friends there & made new friends with strangers :). We traveled by KTMB Intercity from Sentral KL - Arau - Sentral KL (about 10hrs journey). From Arau station, we took taxi to Kuala Perlis jetty (about 20mnt drive) & took ferry to Kuah jetty (about 1hrs journey). Reminder: they don't sell 2 ways ticket from jetty, so make sure u guys buy ferry ticket at least 1 day earlier before you depart from Langkawi. We stayed @ Sunset Beach Resort, Pantai Tengah (just next to Pantai Cenang) which is a nice hotel (not 5*s hotel, but very comfy) & the staff, they're sooo friendly. But the problem is, everything's expensive (because of LIMA) & it's hard for you to find accommodation because it's public holiday. Malaysian: Please keep the toilet clean!!!

JUNE, 2011: Bangkok & Pattaya, Thailand

This holiday, it's only me & my best friend. We had fun especially the shopping in Bangkok & it's a good country for female travelers to go (safe). There's still some of them can't speak English which is a bit problem for us to communicate, but as we look the same as them, we have very special price when we traveled by public transport (as long u know the price and don't even speak a single word because they will charge u more if they knew that u're a foreigners). For accommodation, airport transfer, etc, we book earlier from Internet. At the same time, we do some research about Bangkok & Pattaya. When we're there, we just bought the map and get info from the hotel people. As long as u know how to protect yourself and have the courage, just go ahead as you're there already. We don't have enough time to go to Chatuchak Market because we're rushing to Pattaya for foam party @ Hard Rock Hotel, Pattaya :)
